SPDECE has become an event covering almost every aspect of Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL). However, it has traditionally been specially focused on reuse of learning resources, learning designs, repositores and metadata. Also, the conference is addressing a pluri-disciplinary audience, so papers coming from different perspectives (technological, AI, educational sciences, Information Systems) are welcome.

Topics include but are not limited to:

• Learning object repositories: infrastructure, empirical studies, user studies.
• Standards and models in TEL: Applications and research on different standards and specifications (IEEE LOM, SCORM, IMS specs, MIT OKI, etc.)
• Artificial Intelligence in TEL: educational data mining, ontologies in TEL, personalized learning systems.
• Application of different TEL components: immersive on-line worlds, mobile learning, etc.
